T&C – Assessment with Amazon Gift Card
Within 5 working days from the end of the event, a winner will be chosen at random from all participants using a random selection tool. The winner will be notified by email and must claim the prize by responding to marketing@opinator.com within 48 hours of receipt of the notification.
In the event that the winner responds in a timely manner and all other conditions stipulated herein are met, the prize will be delivered within 10 working days. If the winner’s email address is incorrect and/or does not allow email delivery, or if the prize is not claimed within the established period, the drawing will be cancelled.
The prize will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address initially registered by the winner. The prize consists of a $200 USD Amazon gift card (or the equivalent amount in the applicable local currency if the country of issuance of the gift card is other than the USA). Delivery of the prize will only be possible if, in the winner’s country of residence, an Amazon gift card can be purchased by Innology Ventures S.L. (i.e. if Amazon operates in that country and Innology Ventures S.L. is able to purchase the gift card in that country). Otherwise, the drawing will be cancelled.
